We do not accept C.O.D., Paypal, Terms or Wire Transfers at this time.
 

SHIPPING
We do our best to process orders on the same day. In general, any orders placed before 12:00pm PST ship the same day and any orders placed after 12:00pm PST ship the following business day.
However, we do ask for 1-3 business days to fully process and ship your order. Please be advised that shipping delays can occur.

Only In Stock items are qualified for Free Shipping Promotion at the qualifying order amount.
Future delivery items including Back orders and Pre-Orders does not qualify for any Free Shipping Promotions.
Promotion is only applicable within the continental US and may offer discounted shipping rates for customers in AK, HI, and PR.

BACK ORDERS & FUTURE DELIVERY
Back order (currently out of stock with future delivery dates) and pre-order (future delivery) items will be shipped as they become available.
All orders will be shipped as ready unless customer states to be notified when items arrive in our facility.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist you with your return requests.
To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email returns@hayden-la.com for your return authorization (RA).
Please include your Sales ID or Invoice No. in the subject line and the following information in the body:
  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Invoice Number
  • Style Number
  • Size(s) & Color
  • Quantity
  • Reason for Return
  • Picture of the damaged unit(s)
We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected.
All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
We request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers’ packaging and label. Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.
We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer.
All return claims must be mailed back to us and received within 2 weeks of approval date.
There is a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized, out of original packaging or overdue returns.
Most to all claim cases are resolved in the form of store credit, not a refund.
 
Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping.

CANCELLATION
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to info@hayden-la.com or Fax 213.973.5146 must be submitted and approved before any order can be cancelled.
 
 
All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.
All sales are not subject to a refund. Only store credit will be issued. In some cases, merchandise exchanges may be done.
